PR Consultancy

Concept Analysis

We come up with imaginative ways to promote our clients’ business interests and publicize their upcoming events through press releases, advertisements, logos, slogans, brochures, websites, speeches and videos.

Project Management

We over PR projects from start to finish and observing every detail to ensure that the outcome is consistent with the client’s vision. To that end, we not only set priorities and juggle multiple tasks but keep a sharp eye on the calendar and the budget to ensure that the promised delivery of services doesn’t run into delays or unplanned expenditures.

Media Liaison

As PR experts, we have extensive liaison with publishing entities, such as newspapers and magazines, radio and television producers, and the public information offices of companies and organizations with whom they’re doing business. In addition, we foster a wide range of vendor relationships with photographers, hotels, caterers, gift purveyors, videographers and printing establishments.

Event Coordination

Whether the project involves an invitation-only or general public event, we are responsible for ensuring that invitations, press releases and press kits are sent out in a timely manner, RSVP’s are documented, facilities are rented, event licenses are acquired and processed, and that everyone knows exactly where they’re supposed to be so the program can go off without a hitch. We will also schedule media interviews, contract for security and supervise the clean-up crew when the event is over.

HR CONSULTANCY

We interview and test job seekers, matching candidates to jobs to build a pool of potential applicants while screening and shortlisting candidates for employers to interview. We also headhunt for candidates of particular speciality, for example candidates for executive and specialist positions.

 

We also build relationships with employers and job seekers, meeting targets for vacancies filled and people placed. Our clients include not only local but international organisations wishing to do business in Nigeria. We go beyond just getting the work force but are able to assist with setting up physical office advising on payroll structure, as well as benefits and tax.
